Tom & Chris came by and replaced all my bathroom fixtures and did a fantastic job. I’ve been using Boston budget plumbing for 15years now and they’ve never disappointed me. Always do a great job, they wear booties and always cleanup after themselves. Very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tom & Chris.

They replaced our heating system and water tank. Juan, Paulo, Nick and Tom were all great. They worked efficiently and picked everything up when they were done. They returned our calls when we first called them and answered all our questions. Their price was reasonable and cheaper than other companies we had looked into. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I had an excellent experience with Tim and Julien from Boston Budget Plumbing Heating & Cooling. They fixed a leak in my basement that was related to a radiator on my first floor. I have beautiful hardwood floors, and they were neat, wore foot protection, and showed excellent customer service from the moment they walked in the door. They explained everything clearly and did an outstanding job! I’ve used their services before to install a shower around my old clawfoot tub, and they continue to be reliable, professional, and skilled. Highly recommend!

Connor and Paulo installed a ten year hot water heater for me when my current one stopped functioning. Boston budget plumbing was super prompt and responsive and I couldn’t believe how quickly they came to remove the old and install the new hot water heater. Connor is extremely professional and a nice young man and was communicative the whole time doing the job I’d recommend this company as everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and kind and prompt and helpful !

I called different companies for information and to setup an appointment to have my combi heating system tuned up. Boston Budget Plumbing was the most reasonable in price so I scheduled with them. I spoke with Alexandria who was very helpful and informative over the phone. She answered my questions via phone/text and if she did not have an answer at the time she would get back to me. This is what I call great customer service. As for the technician Nikoli Zygo, who came to tune up my systems. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very thorough. He answered my questions and was very detailed when explaining. His customer service was great as well. I will definitely recommend this company to family members and friends. Tamara D.

We installed a new heat pump for upstairs. Tom and Paulo Were excellent technicians. They communicated very well, the installation was beautiful. They even put the insulation on the pipe and new vent so that the noise will be minimized. The new system was very quiet. We also installed the new air purifier which circle is the air of our entire house. This is the best solution for our kids who have dust allergies. We are extremely happy with Boston budget plumbing!!!

Nick and Charlie were wonderful replacing our pump during a snow storm. They were communicative, transparent and experts at fixing our needs. They came quickly to diagnose our issue and were prompt the next morning with a new pump as a replacement. We are so thankful for their work and are looking forward to calling them in the future.

Ed and his apprentice arrived at my home ahead of schedule to fix a leak around my furnace. They investigated multiple possibilities and quickly identified the source and the path to repair. From there, they quickly secured the new part and fixed my furnace so there is no more condensation leak. In addition to fixing the repair quickly, they were thoughtful to wear shoe covers in my home and provided excellent communication along the way. Boston Budget Plumbing & Heating is phenomenal! We needed emergency boiler repairs to restore our heat. Our call to Boston Budget was answered promptly and they had.a technician at our door the first thing the next morning. The technician Huan is outstanding. He diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what needed to be done, in terms we could understand, and had our heat back on within 2 hours. Amazing!
